Why Environmental Testing Matters

Environmental testing plays a critical role in protecting health, meeting regulations, and avoiding costly surprises.

Why Test for Asbestos

Asbestos may be present in many older building materials and poses serious health risks when disturbed. Testing before renovation or demolition helps ensure compliance, worker safety, and informed decision-making.

Why Test for Mold

Mold can impact indoor air quality, occupant health, and property value. Laboratory analysis provides objective data to guide remediation efforts and verify conditions.

Why Test for Heavy Metals & Other Contaminant

Heavy metals, dust, and airborne contaminants can present environmental and occupational risks. Professional testing supports regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and long-term building safety.

Whether you’re a homeowner planning a renovation or a commercial professional managing a regulated project, environmental testing provides the clarity and documentation needed to protect people, property, and peace of mind.
